Salary:$80,000 - $100,000 per annum + superannuation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Financial Services Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Investment/Financial Advisory team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Investment/Financial Advisory team, including preparation of financial advice and investment proposals, maintenance of client records, and provision of superior client service.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the business.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Initiate new client processes, arrange necessary paperwork, and ensure identification documents are gathered.
  • Undertake general mailing duties, including opening and distributing incoming mail and facilitating bulk mail-outs.
  • Reconcile expense statements and receipts, maintain filing systems, and assist with documentation processes.
  • Cover duties for other Team Assistants when they are on leave.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in equity markets, either from operations, Client Services, or similar roles.
  • Degree-qualified within a Banking-related discipline.
  • RG 146 (ideally); if not, willingness to study and obtain certification.
