**About the Role**

We are seeking caring and committed individuals to support a 53-year-old woman with motor neurone disease (ventilated via tracheostomy) in achieving daily activities such as:

- Preparing meals
- Cleaning the house
- Showering, toileting, grooming, and dressing
- Going on outings (in the community)
- Taking medications
- Participating in physical therapy

Support from qualified healthcare professionals will be provided, along with the necessary training and skills to excel in the role.

Key aspects include having a current driver's license, passion for caring, commitment to client wellbeing, and being able to undertake tasks independently.
