**Caregiver Role Overview**

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic caregiver to provide support and care for residents in our aged care facility.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver high-quality care, companionship, and emotional support to residents.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, and mealtime assistance.
  • Support residents with medication administration and simple wound dressings.
  • Accompany residents on community-based recreational and social activities.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or equivalent qualification (or willingness to study towards).
  • Previous experience in aged or community care (or passion to begin career in aged care).
  • Adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful individual who embodies our values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
