Our experienced advisory team provides a range of services, including commercial and contracts, business case studies, project development, cost engineering, and more.

Job Summary

We are seeking passionate Advisors to join our team in Brisbane or Sydney CBD. As an Advisor, you will play a key role in reviewing and drafting key contractual documents, ensuring robust client processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Review and draft key contractual documents to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure RPI client processes are robustly followed, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal senior management and external advisors as necessary to fulfill the role.
  • Offering Development: Work closely with key managers to develop robust offerings and standard documentation across various disciplines.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the RPI and Client team to participate in working groups around process improvement and effective contract management concepts.
About You
  • Professional Experience: Working experience in a relevant professional environment, preferably in medium to large infrastructure projects and/or client-based government projects.
  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification such as commercial, legal, civil engineering, or project management.
  • Skills: Demonstrated interest in contract administration, project controls, project development, or cost engineering disciplines.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with project coordination, communication, and reporting, including the use of Microsoft Office software (Teams, Word, and Excel).
  • Contract Management: Understanding of contract management and administration, including professional services contracts and D&C contracts.
  • Project Controls: Understanding of project controls and related processes, such as program, cost, and risk.
