About the Role

Atom Resources is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in a client-side construction consultancy role. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects from concept planning to completion, working with a variety of projects for both government and private clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Manage client relationships from initial stages, ensuring effective communication and meeting client expectations.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and project controls, including cost control and detailed client reporting.
  • Contract Administration: Manage the construction teams, including contract administration with main contractors and delivery partners.
  • Procurement: Manage the procurement process, including scope, tender, and appointment of external consultants and contractors.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in QS, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
  • Experience working in a similar role for project consultancy, PQS, or Architecture business, with a focus on project delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients and team members.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
