About Haylo People
Haylo People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting people finding a role within insurance and personal injury claims.
We are working with a leading meat and food processor to find a Claims Advisor who will specialise in Common Law Claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and gather information needed in managing common law claims
- Decide common law claims in accordance with relevant legislation
- Prepare for court matters, collate briefs to counsel, draft various documents, and make arrangements for conferences
- Provide practical technical advice about strategic management, both generally and in relation to specific claims
About the Role
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated computer literacy in excel, word, and outlook
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation claims management related laws, medical, and legal terminology
- Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-skill
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team
