- Build and maintain relationships with state and territory Catholic education commissions, government bodies, and relevant organisations.
- A strong commitment to the teachings of the Catholic Church.
- A thorough understanding of Catholic education, its mission, challenges, and opportunities to foster faith within school communities.
- Tertiary qualifications in theology, teaching, and management, with a focus on faith formation and religious education.
- Extensive operational, leadership, and executive management experience within a systemic school system in a Catholic diocese or religious congregation.
- Catholic faith foundation.
- Proven expertise in Catholic education and leadership.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
