About the Role

This position involves leading strategies that foster deep relationships, grow distributed leadership, and drive impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with church leaders and networks, faith-based partners, and key supporters.
  • Develop initiatives that equip communities of faith for collective action.
  • Design campaigns that align faith-based values with actions for impact, driving systemic change.

We seek an experienced leader who embodies our values of care, learning, and shared leadership.

Requirements:

  • Team Leadership: Ability to lead teams through complexity.
  • Proven experience in faith-based mobilisation, community organising, or church leadership.
  • Relationship management skills: Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Theological fluency and faith-based insight: Understanding of Christian theology and mission.

  • Cooperate with all health and safety policies and procedures of the organisation.
