Job Description:

A Secondary Religious Education Teacher is required to join a vibrant learning community.

As a passionate and dedicated educator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging Religious Education lessons that promote students' spiritual, intellectual, and moral development.

You will foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment with effective behaviour management strategies.

You will use student assessment data to identify learning barriers and support academic improvement.

Strong relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider school community will be built, promoting faith-based values.

This role contributes to a transformative faith-based education that encourages students to live out Catholic values in their daily lives.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation (Working with Children Check clearance).
  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
  • Tertiary qualification (minimum 4-year degree or 75% complete).
  • Experience in supporting diverse learning needs is an advantage.
