Job Overview
">We are seeking an independent contractor tutor to deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students. As a self-motivated and organized individual, you will be responsible for managing your own tutor profile, responding promptly to new lesson requests, and maintaining accurate records of completed lessons.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage your tutor profile to receive suitable job referrals.
- Respond promptly to new lesson requests to ensure positive client experience.
- Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions with students.
- Coordinate ongoing session planning and scheduling with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of completed lessons on your dashboard calendar.
Requirements:
">- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer engagement skills to ensure a positive learning environment.
- A current and valid Working With Children Check (employee type) and an Australian Business Number.
About the Opportunity:
">- Competitive pay rate starting at $46.80/hour for in-person lessons and $39.00/hour for online lessons.
- Weekly payment cycle.
- Flexible working hours, giving you the freedom to choose when you work.
- Autonomy to accept or decline job requests as per your discretion.
Important Notes:
">- This is an independent contractor position, and your payment will be based on the number of tutoring sessions you deliver.
- No minimum guarantees for the number of lesson requests you will receive.
