## Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

## Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our Child Health and Development Centre team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering quality early childhood health, education, and care to children based on the Abecedarian Approach Australia (3a).

## Key Responsibilities:

* Implement a culturally rich environment that includes the use of Aboriginal languages, games, activities, and songs
* Support the delivery of quality early childhood health, education, and care
* Collaborate with the Child Health and Development Centre team to achieve program goals
* Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and community members

## Requirements:

* Minimum Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent as recognized by ACECQA
* Proven ability to demonstrate and apply working knowledge of how children learn and develop
* Ability to apply information provided about diverse teaching strategies
* Ability to contribute as an active team member
* NT Drivers Licence or ability to obtain one
