Early Childhood Educator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our Child Health and Development Centre team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality early childhood health, education, and care to children based on the Abecedarian Approach Australia (3a).
**About the Role:**
The position supports the implementation of a culturally rich environment that includes the use of Aboriginal languages, games, activities, and songs. You will work collaboratively with the team to provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for children.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement the Abecedarian Approach Australia (3a) in the Child Health and Development Centre.
- Develop and maintain a culturally rich environment that promotes the use of Aboriginal languages, games, activities, and songs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality early childhood program.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies and procedures that support the delivery of quality early childhood services.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA, or willing to commence study as a condition of employment.
- Proven ability to demonstrate and apply working knowledge about how children learn and develop in practical ways.
- Ability to contribute as an active team member to all aspects of the functioning of the Child Health and Development Centre.
- NT Drivers Licence or ability to obtain one.
**Estimated Salary:** $53,859 - $62,478 per annum, plus superannuation and leave loading.
