We're seeking a dedicated Incident Management Clinician to provide clinical excellence in the delivery of critical incident support across Australia.

About this role:
  • Provide timely and efficient clinical case management, adhering to policy and procedure requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.

To succeed, you'll need at least three years of post-graduate experience in EAP industry, clinical services, and wellbeing support. Proficiency in managing complex cases and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory obligations is essential.

The day-to-day:
