We are seeking a motivated and experienced training professional to support the development and delivery of high-quality learning materials. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in instructional design, technical training, and learning frameworks.

About the Role:
  • This full-time position involves reviewing and maintaining contemporary training needs for various systems.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive training content governance framework.
  • Key responsibilities include producing and maintaining training modules to CMI5 standards, creating technical documentation, user manuals, and process maps.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure that training content is accessible, accurate, and aligned with client standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior experience in training development or delivery is essential.
  • Certified SAFe Practitioner (mandatory – can be completed upon engagement).
  • The successful candidate should have experience producing and maintaining CMI5 standard content.
  • Strong performance metric analysis and reporting skills are necessary.
  • Exposure to project management and systems engineering principles is beneficial.
  • A background in sustainment organisations or similar fields is an advantage.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles is required.
