About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Director to lead our Power Solutions team. As a key member of our delivery strategy, you will be responsible for managing Tier 1 projects from conception to completion.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring successful outcomes for both clients and our company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, install, test, and commission projects for builders and electrical contractors.
  • Apply expertise in project management processes, including PMBOK, to drive project success.
  • Manage local and offshore manufacturing facilities, optimizing efficiency and quality.
  • Deliver high-quality results that exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide regular progress reports to customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve gross margin while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate effective stakeholder relationships, driving improvements across the value chain.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Tier 1 projects within the energy and renewables sector.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Focused, collaborative, and passionate about delivering exceptional results.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to think critically and consult with stakeholders effectively.

About You:

You have a deep understanding of project management principles and practices. You are a natural leader, able to motivate and guide teams to achieve outstanding results. Your expertise in Power Solutions, combined with your passion for innovation, makes you an ideal fit for this role.
