- A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent).
- Ability to perform a variety of person-centered care tasks.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Current First Aid certification or enrollment in a course to obtain one.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with insurance.
