Aged Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker in the Goulburn area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering older people to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
- Assist clients with household tasks, such as grocery shopping and meal preparation.
- Transport clients to appointments and social events.
- Engage clients in social and wellbeing activities, such as outings and Healthy Living for Seniors programs.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience providing client-centred care in a similar role.
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
