About the Role

We are seeking a Home Care Worker to provide personalised in-home support to older Australians in Goulburn and surrounding suburbs. As a Home Care Worker, you will assist clients to remain living independently in their homes, providing domestic assistance, personal care, and community access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build positive relationships with clients
  • Provide domestic assistance, including meal preparation and light house cleaning
  • Offer personal care, including grooming and showering
  • Support clients with community access to medical appointments and social activities
  • Assist with tasks and routines
Requirements
  • Australian Driver's Licence and ownership of a registered vehicle
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (must be obtained prior to employment)

To be considered for this role, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of two (2) doses or hold a valid medical exemption certificate.
