Job Title: Strategic Content Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Content Manager to support our client in managing content streams, building relationships and collaborating with internal teams. This role requires a proactive individual with at least 3 years of client-facing experience in content or creative agencies.

About the Role:
  • Manage end-to-end production of BAU content from brief to reporting
  • Coordinate projects with the Account Director and content teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain production schedules and stakeholder communication
  • Provide responsive client support
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a client-facing role
  • Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Detail-oriented and excellent communicator
  • Highly organized with strong digital and print content knowledge
