About the Role

We are seeking a voluntary non-executive director to join our board.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a commitment to community service and the for-purpose sector,
  • an understanding of operating in regional areas,
  • experience in governance,
  • ability to relate to a diverse group of stakeholders,

We welcome applications from individuals with diverse qualifications, skills and experiences.

Board meetings are conducted monthly and may include teleconferencing. Appointment terms are for 3 years with the option of further terms.
