Key Responsibilities
  • Developing specific stair building skills alongside experienced tradespeople
  • Assisting in the installation of traditional and specialized stairs, handrails, and balustrades onsite
  • Reading and interpreting plans
  • Cutting timber to required lengths
  • Sanding components
  • Performing general labouring needs

You will work closely with senior tradespeople to develop new skills and gain hands-on experience in a family-owned and operated company environment with a wide variety of stair designs and opportunities for growth within the role.
