Stair Innovations is a well-established small business located in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide, supplying and manufacturing quality staircases and balustrades to South Australia's largest builders for more than 30 years The high demand of our craftsmanship and products is allowing us to once again expand our team - it could be you

The Role

We are currently looking for staff with construction-based knowledge that would suit Staircase Installation/Fabrication with preference to Tradespersons with carpenter/joiner/cabinet making qualifications with a willingness to learn the art of staircase manufacturing.

As a valued member of our team, you would be required to assemble and install a vast range of quality staircase designs with components and products including Timber, Stainless Steel, Glass as well as Mild Steel.

Training Provided

As stair fabrication/installation is a niche market, we will provide training to the successful candidate with our experienced long-term staff.

Monday to Friday 

7:15am - 3:45pm

Occasional weekend work during busy periods may be required.

About You

You are a team player who takes pride in your work with a keen attention to detail, who wants to learn new skills and expand your skill set. You are trustworthy, honest and reliable with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities and/or skills required, but are not limited to:

  • Installation/fabrication of timber/steel staircases & balustrades.
  • Travel - both metro and occasional country
  • Good communication skills and tidy appearance.
  • Current White Card
  • Current Drivers' Licence and the ability to drive a manual vehicle an asset.
  • High work ethic, attention to detail, a positive attitude and dedication to the job, as well as pride in your workmanship
  • Ability to read drawings, listen and learn and to take directions and be a team player.
  • Ability to problem solve, work unsupervised and be driven to succeed.
