Job Title: Master Tradesperson

Craft skilled woodwork and structures to meet client needs. Your work involves installing and repairing various types of flooring, walls, and roofing.

About the Role:

• You will install sheet flooring, construct eaves and other exterior components, erect lightweight steel wall frames and roof trusses, install windows and doors, and perform carpentry tasks as required.
• Your role also includes providing assistance to trade workers and laborers, constructing stairs, ramps, and other items, and planning and executing day-to-day activities to achieve project goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret plans and specifications for projects.
• Evaluate project requirements and plan tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to team development.
• Handle carpentry materials and equipment safely and maintain tools and plant.

• Proven experience in carpentry and construction.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
