Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead our South Australian operations. As the head of our four sites, you will drive accountability, champion a safety-first culture, and manage operational expenses to deliver efficiency targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams across three sites, setting a clear vision and driving accountability.
  • Champion a safety-first culture and embed behaviours and systems that keep our people safe every day.
  • Manage labour, freight, stock loss, and operational expenses to deliver on efficiency targets.
  • Drive transformation projects, including site upgrades and process improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and senior leadership.
  • Build a high-performing team culture, lifting engagement, developing leaders, and creating a workplace people are proud of.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and regulations.

You will bring proven leadership experience managing large operational teams, a safety-first mindset, strong background in warehousing/distribution, and senior-level operational experience ideally within food service or FMCG environments.
