Operations Leadership Role for South Australia

We are seeking a leader to drive our operations in South Australia, focusing on enhancing safety culture, team engagement, and commercial excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive real change.
Main Responsibilities- Lead operational teams across multiple sites, setting clear goals and driving accountability.
- Embed a safety-first mindset, improve team morale, and deliver commercial success while shaping the future of our SA operations.
- Manage labour costs, freight, stock loss, and operational expenses to meet efficiency targets.
- Drive transformation projects, including site upgrades and new systems implementation.
- Partner with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and senior leadership.
- Proven leadership experience managing large operational teams (80+ employees).
- A safety-first attitude with a track record of improving safety culture and performance.
- Strong background in warehousing/distribution and senior-level operational experience.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with detailed cost optimisation.
- Strength in stakeholder management and industrial relations/employment relations experience.
- Tier 1 Warehouse Management System experience and route transport operations exposure.
- Track record of leading cultural or structural change programs.
