About Our Home

The Role

As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to our residents, promoting their independence and improving their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as showering, personal hygiene, and meal times
  • Providing care in accordance with each resident's individualized care plan
  • Supporting residents with community-based recreational and social activities
  • Ensuring their emotional wellbeing and happiness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or similar)
  • Empathy and a commitment to the care of older people, with a demonstrated ability to meet their needs
  • 12 months+ experience in delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
  • Night shift availability and weekday availability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
