Hospitality Supervisor Role Overview

This opportunity is for experienced hospitality professionals to join our team in the Gunnedah Basin of NSW. We are seeking passionate and dedicated supervisors to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service to our guests.

About the Job

">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of hospitality staff in one of our villages, ensuring that high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • They will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the village, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, and facilities maintenance.
  • The role requires flexibility, as the successful candidate will be required to work on a 14:7 roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off), with occasional night shifts.

Requirements

  • A relevant qualification in hospitality or a related field (e.g., hotel management, tourism).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
