About the Roles

Are you an experienced hospitality expert looking to build a career in the hospitality industry? We are seeking passionate and experienced Supervisors to join our Villages in the Gunnedah Basin in NSW.

Job Description

These DIDO positions require travel to our Villages in Boggabri or Narrabri, approximately a 6-hour drive from Sydney. Permanent roles are available at each village.

You will work 10.5-hour days on a 14:7 roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off), providing excellent service to our guests. Our villages accommodate 500 to 600 people, and your passion and experience in hospitality are highly valued.

About You

To succeed, you should have:

  • Relevant tickets and licenses (e.g., RSA, Forklift Ticket)
  • Supervisory experience in hospitality
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility for day and/or night shifts
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug screening
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Remote work experience (highly regarded)
  • Team player with adaptability and composure under pressure
  • Current Driver's License
