Key Finance Leadership Role

Are you an experienced accounting professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement?

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead and support our Financial Services team in delivering high-quality financial management across the organisation.

About the Position

This pivotal role will:

  • Lead and coordinate the accounting team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee statutory compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Manage annual and monthly financial reporting, budgets, and external audit processes.
  • Provide financial advice and support to business units, management, and stakeholders.
  • Champion best practice in accounting, systems integrity, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the integrity of the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate annual financial statements, audit processes, and budget preparation.
  • Manage the investment portfolio, loans, grants, and asset accounting.
  • Lead system improvements and upgrades.
  • Support long-term financial planning and policy development.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
