We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Night Manager at our Cafe in Tea Tree Plaza.

This is a part-time position that requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.

Additionally, they will possess strong communication skills, be confident in their ability to train and develop others, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 3 nights per week, with varying shift times to accommodate business needs.

Key responsibilities will include conducting daily closing procedures, ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitization of the cafe, managing cash handling and point-of-sale systems, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

As a key member of our team, the Night Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Minimum qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in training and developing others
  • Possession of a current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
