Warehouse Administrator Role
This role involves providing effective administrative services to stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient warehouse operations.
The successful candidate will work in an office-based environment with the broader supply chain team in Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enter production hours and inventory control databases accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve continuous improvement of the Warehouse Administrative process.
- Assist regional branches with requirements as needed.
- Receive cargo from international and domestic suppliers, update shipping schedules, containers, and shipment breakdowns.
- Control international shipping documentation, distributing it to affiliate branches as required.
- Take stores toolbox meeting minutes weekly.
- Prepare labels and general administration duties as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Administrative experience is essential, with a Certificate IV in Administration highly regarded. International shipping experience and ERP system proficiency are also valued.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Competent work under pressure and high attention to detail are expected qualities for this role.
