Finance Director

Acting as a key commercial and strategic partner, you will provide financial leadership, discipline, and foresight as the business navigates its next stage of growth.
The role requires an individual who thrives in environments of scale-up and change, can work with a high degree of ambiguity, and has the credibility to influence stakeholders across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Partner with executives and business leaders to drive financial performance and strategic outcomes across the property, funds management, and asset management divisions;Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes that deliver clarity and insight in a scaling environment;Support capital management, investment analysis, and portfolio optimisation to drive returns for stakeholders;Design and embed scalable finance processes, systems, and controls to support the organisation's growth trajectory;Provide financial guidance on new initiatives, including data centres and adjacent sector opportunities;Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team (ELT), ensuring financial and commercial considerations are embedded into decision-making;Champion cross-functional collaboration, bringing together finance, operations, and investment teams to achieve business objectives; andMentor and develop finance team members, building capability and resilience within the function.What we're looking for:CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with 10+ years' experience in senior finance leadership roles;Background in property funds management, asset management, or adjacent sectors is essential;Experience in scaling organisations, ideally with exposure to high-growth, evolving business environments;Strong understanding of financial frameworks relevant to funds, investments, and capital deployment;Knowledge of data centres, digital infrastructure, or similar capital-intensive sectors advantageous;Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders;Commercially astute, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity; andProven track record of driving process improvement and embedding best practice finance disciplines.This is a unique, growth-focused role, ideal for the next up-and-comer and is:A unique opportunity to join an established organisation at a pivotal point in its growth journey;Broad exposure across business units with high visibility to the executive team;The chance to shape and scale a finance function that underpins long-term value creation; andCollaborative and entrepreneurial culture, with strong backing and resources to deliver on strategy.How to ApplyIf this is your next opportunity, please apply to this or email , quoting reference number42479 .
