Fire Safety Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team of fire safety engineers. As a graduate fire safety engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects with purpose and contribute to the delivery of high-quality fire engineering services.

About the Role

You will work closely with senior engineers and be exposed to live projects across all stages of delivery. This includes:

  • Supporting design analysis and fire engineering assessments
  • Preparing inputs for smoke modelling and evacuation analysis
  • Drafting regulator-ready documentation for development application, construction, and fire brigade submissions
  • Attending design workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Contributing to fire strategies that protect design intent, manage risk, and support compliance

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a degree in fire safety, mechanical, structural, or civil engineering
  • Cares about buildings - how they work, how they feel, and how they're delivered

  • Thinks beyond compliance to see the broader impact of good design
