Treasury Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Treasury Operations team. As a Treasury Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting wire activity across Treasury, Investment, and Accounting operations.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily cash balance reporting, processing capital calls and distributions, and monitoring cash levels to advise senior management on cash needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily cash balance reporting across multiple accounts and transactions
  • Process and track capital calls and distributions across various investment funds
  • Monitor cash levels and advise senior management on cash needs
  • Execute high-priority wire transactions accurately and on time
  • Complete callbacks for new wire instructions and validate documentation
  • Support tax payments and other ad hoc transactions
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on cash positions
  • Assist with keeping investment documentation up to date
  • Liaise with banks and counterparties to submit and track wire transfers

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with ability to collaborate across all levels of the firm
  • Ability to read and interpret complex financial documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data tools like Power BI is a plus

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
  • Progress toward an MBA or CFA is a plus
  • 0–1 year of relevant work experience in finance, operations, accounting, or related fields
