Job Description:

This role is designed to support strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

  • Develop, analyze, and maintain financial models and reports to inform business decisions
  • Partner with accounting and operations teams to analyze product costs, margins, and variance reporting
  • Provide regular reporting packages highlighting trends and actionable insights
  • Support leadership with scenario modeling, cash flow analysis, and KPI tracking
  • Assist in monthly and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and cost savings

The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting, experience in financial analysis, and a passion for driving efficiency and insight through data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 3–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, accounting or related financial roles
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles; CPA or CMA a plus
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry strongly preferred
