We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This is a permanent, full-time role working in a dynamic and award-winning hospitality environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently across all events
  • Lead and run your assigned section efficiently during busy service
  • Support the executive and sous chefs in ensuring smooth event execution
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and quality
  • Collaborate with senior chefs to adapt menus and reflect current exhibitions
  • Participate in the setup and breakdown of events
  • Assist in kitchen leadership during senior chefs' absence

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as CDP or equivalent in a high-volume catering or fine dining environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and bring energy and enthusiasm to service
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and maintain consistency during high-volume events
  • Valid Australian working rights (citizenship, residency or full working visa)
