Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Sous Chef to join our team, responsible for overseeing Banqueting operations and ensuring exceptional culinary standards.

This role will involve hands-on management of daily kitchen operations, working closely with the Senior Sous Chef and Culinary Director to develop menus and manage recipe costing.

The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in Commercial Cookery and have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen operations and staff to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene and safety standards
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Management team to meet operational objectives

Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
