About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT transformation professional to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) project.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the IAM project, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes while minimising disruption across the organisation.
  • Engage stakeholders and communicate effectively to build awareness and support for change.
  • Design and deliver training programs and resources to enable successful adoption of new systems.
  • Identify risks, manage resistance, and embed sustainable change into business operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven success in delivering change within large IT projects, ideally including identity and access capability uplift.
  • Experience in delivering change and communications in a university or higher education context is highly regarded.
  • Strong experience in consulting, partnering with and coaching senior leaders and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Expertise in planning and delivering clear, targeted communications to diverse audiences through multiple channels.
  • A results-driven, resilient, and positive approach, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in organisational change, project management, business or related field, or equivalent experience/training.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the capacity to quickly learn new applications and tools.
