Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and ensure seamless executive operations.

  • Seeking a highly skilled and professional EA to provide high-level executive and administrative support to our CEO, ensuring their time, communication, and priorities are managed effectively.

This role is integral to the delivery of our strategic plan, governance activities, and executive decision-making processes.

The successful candidate will act as a central coordination point and key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, managing complex calendars, appointments, and travel.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior executive support or similar role.
  • Current C class Driver's Licence (QLD).
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration.

Candidates must possess exceptional organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have high level of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
