Business Administration Support Specialist

Central Queensland Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Service provides specialist care to residents of Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast, Gladstone, Central Highlands and Banana areas. Our services are located in each area, with Rockhampton as the principal service centre.
The Mental Health Act, 2016 is administered from this location, and we have acute adult inpatient facilities here. We also have an Adult Step Up Step Down facility in Gladstone and an Adult Community Care Unit in Rockhampton.
About The Role
This role involves delivering efficient and confidential business and administrative support to our team. This will ensure optimal delivery of clinical services.
We are seeking a candidate with demonstrated experience in coordination roles or executive support functions within a complex environment.
- A relevant qualification would be well regarded.
- High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, able to succinctly convey information.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, set priorities and use own judgement to meet deadlines, proactively identify and resolve issues in a rapidly changing environment.
What We Offer
Total monthly remuneration value is up to $8,138. This includes:
- An hourly rate between $38.81 - $43.16 per hour.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
- 17.5% leave loading.
