Join a large federal government department in a central location to embark on a long-term contract and participate in the transformation of a major modernization program.

**About the role**

As an experienced Service Designer, you will work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to analyzing business needs by balancing user and business perspectives.

**Key responsibilities**

Deliver and design service design artefacts and communication materials as required. Plan and document user interviews to elicit high-level and detailed business problems. Design and facilitate workshops and interviews that include internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**

- Recent experience as a UX Designer, Business Analyst, or Service Designer.

- Experience using the Double Diamond methodology.

- Proven ability to plan, facilitate, and document user interviews.
