About This Opportunity

The Public Advocate is seeking a Team Leader to lead its investigations team. As a leader, you will oversee complex investigations and provide professional leadership, supervision, support, and implement the performance appraisal process to a team of investigators.

This role requires someone with substantial experience in conducting complex investigations and high-level cognitive and investigation skills, including conducting interviews, developing investigation plans, obtaining and analysing evidence, and preparing formal investigation reports.

You will also have considerable experience in working in the Victorian human services sector, particularly in the NDIS, mental illness, and aged care service systems.

A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential.
