Key Responsibilities:- Provide evidence-based speech pathology services to NDIS participants in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centers.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including allied health professionals and other stakeholders, to deliver high-quality care.
- Build meaningful relationships with participants, their families, and carers to ensure person-centered care.
As a Speech Pathologist with Everyday Independence, you can expect:
- A competitive salary package, estimated at $95,000-$120,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
