Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Speech Pathology Specialist to join our team at NSW Health Central Resource Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech pathology services to patients and their carers.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of Australia's largest health system by joining our statewide workforce pool known as 'CRU', the Central Resource Unit (CRU).
As a Clinical Speech Pathology Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and intervening in a multidisciplinary setting, ensuring effective and efficient care delivery.
Additionally, you will undertake designated non-clinical tasks to support service delivery, including clinical supervision, quality improvement activities, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech pathology services to patients and their carers
- Assess and intervene in a multidisciplinary setting
- Undertake designated non-clinical tasks to support service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor or postgraduate degree in speech pathology with eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia
- Three years' clinical experience as a speech pathologist
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge, experience, and skills in a wide variety of clinical settings and caseloads
- Understanding of, and commitment to, quality processes and evidenced-based practice within speech pathology
- Current driver's license with capacity and willingness to travel to NSW Health business and service locations throughout NSW
