As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will work across a balanced mix of advisory and disputes, including:
- Workplace investigations
- Regulatory compliance
- Enterprise bargaining
- Contracts
- Appearances before tribunals and WHS regulators
The practice offers genuine variety in matters and clients, with the added benefit of a global platform.
Key Responsibilities- Support senior lawyers in disputes
- Draft legal documents
- Conduct legislative and case analysis
- Contribute to client-facing projects
At the Senior Associate level, the role broadens to managing complex client relationships, negotiating, supervising juniors, and playing a leadership role in the ongoing growth of the practice.
