Lead a Team in a Senior Role

This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership position within an established practice with strong national support.

In this role, you will have the chance to rebuild and grow our QLD team. This includes mentoring junior lawyers and leveraging existing support staff, such as paralegals, legal secretaries, and graduates.

The position is suitable for candidates aiming for a Special Counsel role with progression to partnership, as well as ambitious Senior Associates seeking a leadership position.

You will work across the full spectrum of employment law, including:

  • Employment advisory matters
  • Industrial relations strategy
  • Unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and workplace health and safety matters
  • Employment-related litigation

Additionally, you will have opportunities to broaden the practice beyond its current workflow, shape the local team, lead marketing initiatives, and grow a small group.
