Clinical Services Director

We are seeking a dynamic and influential Care Manager to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred clinical and care services. Our organisation is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for Elders and their families.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for driving excellence in customer experience, clinical governance, compliance, and quality outcomes in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring the needs of all stakeholders are met, especially those of the Elders. This includes managing and coordinating a range of services to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve and maintain accreditation standards and requirements. This involves collaborating with staff across different disciplines to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Mentoring, supervising, and educating staff to ensure quality services are delivered to residents. This includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall service.
- Maximising funding opportunities. This involves developing and submitting grant applications, as well as negotiating with funders to secure additional resources.
- Ensuring clinical governance is current and overseeing/implementing clinical care needs and systems. This includes staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in aged care.
- Developing and reviewing organisational policies and procedures to ensure they reflect contemporary requirements. This includes ensuring that policies and procedures are clear, concise, and easily accessible to staff.
- Registered Nurse Div 1 registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency.
- Formal qualifications in management or a health-related discipline, or business experience highly regarded.
