Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced clinician to lead and support our clinical team in delivering exceptional care across various programs.
About the Role
- Provide leadership to a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in planning, managing and leading clinical care.
- Co-ordinate and champion a multi-disciplinary team approach to support effective care of clients.
- Ensure consistency in governance and compliance while driving high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
- Provide clinical oversight, expertise and support to staff.
- Drive top-tier clinical services integrating best practice and adhering to organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high clinical standards through performance monitoring and evaluation.
- Engage in quality assurance activities and lead service improvements through evidence-based interventions and care initiatives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Occupational Therapy or other allied health disciplines.
- AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 5 years post-qualifying practice experience in implementing person-centred care.
- Demonstrated capacity for effective leadership, mentoring and coaching.
