Job Title: IT Test Analyst

As a pivotal member of our team, you will contribute towards the automation testing efforts of government initiatives and projects within the branch.

  • Design, develop, and enhance the Test Automation framework for Infrastructure Automation toolset, including regression suites development and maintenance
  • Utilise the above as part of the comprehensive testing process
  • Collaborate closely with teams to ensure thorough testing and reporting to a test manager
  • Work collaboratively across other testers and testing teams to guarantee cohesive results
  • Automated Functional Testing and Integration using MsTest

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience as a Senior Automation Test Analyst or Automation Test Analyst
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio code and C# solution
  • Flexibility in working environments, ability to adapt to branch needs and priorities
  • Familiarity with API Testing and automation framework using C# and Gherkin syntax
  • Ability to take ownership, plan, and execute functional and non-functional tests as per SLA and within agreed timeframes
  • Good knowledge of CICD pipelines and Microsoft tools (e.g. Microsoft Test Manager, Microsoft Team Foundation Server)

The successful candidate will be required to work in Canberra, ACT, and must have a baseline Security clearance.
