Automation Test Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Analyst to join our forward-thinking team driving impactful digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Tricentis TOSCA. They will collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure complete test coverage, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and optimize test environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis TOSCA.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and optimize test environments.
  • Apply best practice testing standards across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Provide technical guidance on automation strategies while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • TOSCA test automation design, execution, and maintenance expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies across multiple test phases.
  • Experience in Agile/DevOps environments with a focus on continuous testing and delivery.
  • Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
